Store credit will be issued for all exchanges and you can repurchase the correct product that you would like to exchange with at your convenience. Store credit WILL NOT be issued until your exchange item is received. All exchanges must go through our exchange process, so please plan ahead accordingly if you are in need of the exchange quickl

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

​

PLATINUM BODY HAIR is proud to offer a 7 day EXCHANGE* on all hair items that have not been altered in any kind of way (see below for details), and a 2 day RETURN/EXCHANGE on hair care products. There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on hair care tools. Send an email to info@platinumbodyhair.com to submit for a return or exchange BEFORE shipping your item back to us. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return/exchange to facilitate tracking of your returned product and to expedite your refund. Please note that returns/exchanges for merchandise returned without submitting for a return/exchange will be denied.

 

* Hair is eligible for EXCHANGE only if:

  • As an industry standard, due to hygiene and public safety hair MUST NOT be opened, security seal MUST BE intact and not tampered with in any kind of way. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Extensions must be in original packaging and not removed from packaging

  • Custom colors are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for exchange or return. We recommend ordering a custom color swatch to see the color in person before placing order for custom colored extensions.

  • Tester piece DOES NOT need to be returned.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order is defective, please send a photo of the defect along with a description to customer

service at info@platinumbodyhair.com and we will gladly help you to resolve the issue.

All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Opened items WILL NOT be refunded and will be returned to you in the condition they were received.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits are valid one (1) year from issue date.

 

 

WRONG PRODUCT:

If shipped the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to quickly fix the mistake. Please contact us at info@platinumbodyhair.com or 317-800-8190 with your order number, and detailed information and we will be happy to make it right.

OUT OF STOCK:

​

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item you may select in your cart may

show "In Stock" at the time of selection, but may in fact be "out of stock". In this event we make

every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on

backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you

prefer to not wait for the items to be in stock once again. Most out of stock items are back in

stock within one (1) week or sometimes sooner. Backorders will automatically be upgraded to 2-

4 day shipping for domestic orders.

 

ORDER CANELLATION:

To cancel your order you have placed with shopmybox.com you must contact us by email at

info@platinumbodyhair.com or phone 317-800-8190. Every effort will be made to accommodate

the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. When contacting customer

support to cancel your order please be ready to provide your full name, the order number, and

your contact information. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped we will not be able to cancel

the order. However, once your order is received you can submit a request to return the item for

a refund (minus the shipping costs)

SHIPPING:

​

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping time is typically between 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
